FRUIT ORCHARDS IN SRINAGAR:

LOCAL FARMERS MARKET:

In the summer, there is a fortnightly farmers market where local farmers bring organically grown farm produce, seasonal fruits and a variety of jams and preserves, chutneys and herbs.

ON HORSE BACKS TO MAMNETH:
Mamneth is a soil-topped peak located just in front of the resort. The mountain top is frequented by local herdsmen for grazing their cattle. More importantly, it serves as a warm-up trekking route for trekkers desirous of trekking to higher reaches, glaciers and glacial lake.
